Here at Nama Springs we do things differently. Our massage list is simple: you choose the time you wish to be massaged for: 20 minutes, 50 minutes, 1 hour 20 minutes.

At the start of your massage your therapist will chat with you to discover your sensitivities and what you would like to experience, whether that is a sports, energy flow or relaxing massage. Our practitioners are trained in all massage techniques, European and Eastern, and will adapt the massage to your wishes.
The price of each massage includes entry to the Bath House for the half-day of your treatment.
